- Selectable programs provide V-scoring of up to 6 boards per machine cycle.
It is easy to save and open a data with the use of a PC.
An image of a final board is displayed on the screen. It ensures operators to review the data settings they made.
This system utilizes a board edge detection sensor which detects the front edge of each board on the workstation during the multiple board jump scoring operation.
It assures the positional accuracy of the final board.
This system optionally utilizes a board orientation unit so that a board is turned at a 90 degree angle. It allows the system to machine cross score lines.
